This Shipping / Delivery Policy describes how Parametric R&D delivers digital products and services purchased on prmtrc.com.

1. Digital delivery only

We do not ship physical packages. All products are software / SaaS / R&D services delivered electronically through your browser account.

2. Standard delivery time

Self-serve plans: Access is activated immediately (usually within minutes) after successful payment confirmation from Stripe or your bank.
Account confirmation: A confirmation email is typically sent within minutes; if delayed, delivery is still complete when Console shows the active plan.
Custom / enterprise onboarding: Manual setup, demos, or bespoke R&D assistance are delivered digitally by email or in-product within 1–3 business days after payment or written order confirmation.

3. What you receive

Login access to prmtrc.com studios and Console;
Plan entitlements (storage, AI quotas, features) listed at checkout;
For App Studio mobile exports: downloadable build artifacts generated on our servers (APK/AAB/iOS project zip as applicable).

4. Delivery failures

If payment succeeds but access does not appear within 1 hour, email ceo@prmtrc.com with your account email and payment receipt. We will restore access or refund according to the Refund Policy.

5. Geographic availability

The Service is delivered online worldwide where not prohibited by law. No customs forms or courier tracking apply.
