These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Parametric R&D websites, products, and browser-based studios operated at prmtrc.com and related subdomains (the “Service”), provided by Parametric R&D (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, starting a guest session, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Parametric R&D provides online R&D and developer tools in the browser (including code IDE, HDL, engineering, model, app builder, PDF, dataset, and related AI-assisted features). Features may change during public beta.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
3. Plans, credits & fair use
- Free / freemium tiers and paid plans (if offered) include usage limits (storage, AI tokens, runs, etc.).
- Limits reset according to the plan description shown in Console / pricing.
- We may throttle or block abusive automation, malware generation, or resource-exhausting workloads.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Create or distribute malware, steal credentials, attack systems, or violate law;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Attempt to bypass billing, quotas, sandboxing, or security controls;
- Resell raw API access or scrape the Service without our written permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of code and files you upload or generate in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service (including running sandboxed previews and sending prompts to AI providers you select).
6. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and content before relying on it. Third-party model providers process prompts under their own terms where applicable.
7. Intellectual property
The Parametric R&D brand, UI, documentation, and platform software are owned by us. Except for your workspace content, no rights are granted other than to use the Service as offered.
8. Beta / as-is
During beta, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may break, change, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or specific results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parametric R&D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data beyond reasonable backup efforts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
