This Privacy Policy explains how Parametric R&D (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use prmtrc.com and related services.

1. Information we collect

Account data: username, email, password hash, plan/tier, session tokens.
Workspace data: files, projects, saved AI chats, and settings you create.
Usage data: AI token usage, run/render events, storage usage, feature logs needed for quotas and abuse prevention.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate timestamps, and basic security logs.
Payment data: if you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe (or your bank). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

Provide and improve the Service (auth, workspaces, studios, AI assistance);
Enforce quotas, security, and acceptable-use rules;
Process payments, invoices, and support requests;
Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI providers

When you use AI chat, your prompt, optional open-file context, and images you attach may be sent to third-party model providers (for example OpenRouter, Groq, or Google) to generate a response. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use essential cookies / session cookies for sign-in and guest sessions across prmtrc.com and console.prmtrc.com. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. Retention

Account and workspace data: kept while your account is active.
Inactive AI chats may be auto-deleted after a retention window (currently 14 days without new messages).
Security and billing records may be kept longer as required by law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, email, payment, AI providers) and when required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, workspace isolation). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

Update account details in Console where available;
Delete workspace files you no longer need;
Request account deletion or privacy questions via ceo@prmtrc.com.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Do not register if you are under that age.
